Rachel holds many classes at Cookery Schools throughout the UK and also in Europe.
This summer she will embark on a collaboration with the WI Cookery School based at Denman College. Rachel aims to convey a high level of cookery skill without departing from family dishes, and will concentrate on seasonal and home-grown produce during her sessions at the WI Cookery School.
22 July - The Pies the Limit
Rachel was a judge at the first-ever British Pie Awards last year and recently appeared on The One Show discussing her favourite pies so she knows a thing or two about producing fantastic pies with a twist. Her class will include a Venison Wellington with Beetroot Gratin and a delicious Summer Strawberry Tart. A must for pie lovers everywhere!
19 August - Summer Market Kitchen
Cook with Rachel a variety of exciting light summer lunch ideas including a simple Pea Soup with Camembert and Fresh Mint, a Pepper-Crushed Beef with Roasted Beetroot Salad and Raspberry Dressing. For a refreshing summer pudding Rachel will demonstrate her Lemon Blueberry Pancakes with Summer Berry Compote.
