Rachel has built up an enormous library of recipes - and also images, from her work with internationally renowned photographer Michael Powell.

She is the development chef for many national campaigns, from Yes Peas! to Great British Carrots, British Asparagus;
Chantenay Carrots; Shallots; extra virgin rapeseed oil from Hillfarm Oils;
speciality vegetables such as flageolet beans, chicory and squash from Scholes; Mediterranean products from Belazu.
